Purchase rules

      1. General provisions.

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the personal (hereinafter - the Buyer) and electronic the rights and obligations of the store produtotuve.budora.lt (hereinafter - the Seller), the conditions of purchase and payment for goods, the order of delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase - sale of goods by e-mail. 1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the online store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the "Pay" button.

      2. Protection of personal data.

      3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if specified when concluding the contract) and accept the ordered goods.

3.2. Provide complete, detailed and correct information in the billing form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.

3.3. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

3.4. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchase - sale contract, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Goods Return Rules.

      4. Seller's Rights and Obligations.

      5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, delivery.

5.5. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

5.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

5.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, incomplete product package.

      6. Product quality, guarantees.
