Karate FUN training offers fun, engaging sessions with elements of karate, specially designed for preschool and pre-primary school children. The programme is adapted to the needs of today’s children – through active games, they learn to enjoy being active while also discovering the basics of karate. Training is supplemented with interactive reaction, coordination and attention training tasks using BlazePod technology.
Our sessions are all about movement, helping children become stronger while having fun:
- we develop flexibility, concentration and focus;
- we learn respect, discipline and self-confidence;
- we introduce children to the basics of Kyokushin karate techniques.
Children follow a structured programme based on modern teaching methods and tailored to their age and abilities. By the middle of the training season, they are ready to take their first Kyokushin karate grading and earn their orange stripe.
Benefits of Karate FUN training:
- Through active games, children engage their whole body while developing flexibility, strength, endurance, agility, balance, reaction speed and coordination.
- Learning Kyokushin karate helps children improve their concentration and ability to stay focused.
- By taking part in special club competitions designed for preschoolers, children develop courage, perseverance and self-confidence.
- Preparing for their orange stripe grading teaches children to face challenges and stay confident in unexpected situations.
- The Kyokushin karate belt system gives children a clear sense of their progress, encourages continuous improvement and motivates them to work towards their goals.
